Obligations

Our fractional managed agreement is designed for you, the Pilot. Our program is completely managed to ensure easier travel and less hassle for you. Our service agrees to provide excellent management services that include oversight maintenance of the aircraft and operation of the aircraft during the term of your agreement.

Management Service

• This includes Schedule, Record Keeping and Monitored use of the aircraft
• Monitored Maintenance Schedule including all inspections
• Making sure aircraft is applicable to all laws, ordinances, regulations and rulings
• Suitable airworthy conditions for day and night (VFR and IFR flights)
• Complies with Federal Aviation Regulations
• Obtain and maintain in effect throughout the term of your agreement, hull and liability insurance for the aircraft in amount that at least equals to the current value of the aircraft
• Transition training and aircraft check-out will be at manager's expense (does not apply to share hours)
• Maintain documentation for satisfactory completion of training of FAA, Manager Training and Currency Requirements
• Current Registration of the aircraft is maintained
• Assume responsibility for situations involving default of other owners
