Type S at a small fraction of the cost and with none of the hassles of whole ownership.
Enjoy flying a new airplane. Fly your brand new Acclaim for approximately three years. At that point,
US Aviation will sell it and divide the proceeds among owners, minus a 6% brokerage fee. We are confident you will
want to roll your money back into another new Acclaim, which you may do for a discounted rate.
Predictable maintenance costs. US Aviation is responsible for taking care of the maintenance costs
for the term of the agreement. No surprises.
No problems with partners. Unlike traditional partnerships, unmanaged fractional programs, or club
planes; managed fractional programs prevent the need to interact with the other partners. No voting, debating,
money collecting or other hassles involved.
Easy scheduling. Any time of the day or night, simply log on to our web-based scheduling system and
let us know when you want to fly. We will take care of the rest.
Fly in other locations. You can schedule and fly any airplane you’re checked out in regardless of its
location as long as it’s available.
Tax advantages. Fractional owners are entitled to the same tax benefits of ownership as any other

What does it cost? Please keep in mind that hangar costs and availability vary by region, as do other
costs such as fuel. The figures below are for a 1/6th share and are subject to change based on each unique situation.

What is included in the costs?
Not only does the buy-in cost cover the price of your share of the aircraft, but it also covers some of the
associated overhead. This way we can put together a program virtually anywhere in the country, and you don’t have
to lift a finger when it comes to finding the remaining partners, securing storage, arranging insurance, etc.
The monthly fee covers all of the planned and unplanned expenses of aircraft ownership. These include, but are
not limited to: overhead, insurance, storage, chart subscriptions, GPS updates, annual inspections, and unplanned
maintenance.
The hourly fee includes: fuel, oil changes, engine overhauls and prop overhauls.
This is truly an all-inclusive program. There are no hidden fees.
